Load Cell
A load cell is a transducer, which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of load cells, strain gage based load cells are the most commonly used.

Styles of Load Cells

Compression Load Cells
Compression load often have an integral button design. They are ideal for mounting where space is restricted. They offer excellent long-term stability.

S-Beam Load Cells
S-Beam load cells provide an output if under tension or compression. It is applicable for tank level, hoppers and truck scales. They provide superior side load rejection.

Platform and single Point Load Cells
Platform and single point load cells are used to commercial and industrial weighing systems. They provide accurate reading regardless of the position of the load on the platform.

Low Profile Load Cells
Compression and tension/compression load cells are used frequently in weighing research and in-line force monitoring.

Compression/Tension Load Cells
Compression/tension load cells can be used for applications where the load may go from tension to compression and vice versa. They are ideal for space-restricted environments.

Bending Beam Load Cells
These are used in multiple load cell applications. They feature low profile construction for integration into restricted areas.

Canister Load Cells
Canister load cells are used for single and multi-weighing applications. Many feature an all stainless steel design and are hermetically sealed for wash down and wet areas.

Rail Weighbridge
We offer high-precision rail car weighing using fast and legal-for-trade calibrated weighing of the goods during transit, irrespective of whether individual rail cars or whole trains are being weighed. It can be used within a temperature - range from - 50°C to +70°C, for solids and liquids. It checks load distribution in the bogie. It is also used in logistics and as the basis for invoicing.

Loading and Weighing
Weighbridges are very precise and economical, whether they are used to weigh incoming or outgoing loads, entire tank cars or complete trains. Legal-for-trade recording of data and weight values can be carried out using weighing electronics, which can then be processed using a customer-specific PC system.

Belt Weighing
It can be used varied industry varying from pit and quarry industry, in heavy industry, or in the foodstuffs and chemical industries. It is easy to maintain, flexible and precise.

Platform Scales
Our range of platform scales can perfectly be adaptable to any task and environment. It provides mature performance for a standard platform scale. The scale is extremely robust maintenance-free, and is available in standard steel St 37 or stainless steel V2A and also it can be calibrated.

Belt Weigh Feeders
Our belt weigh feeders can be used in an extremely wide variety of ways for continuous gravimetric feeding, and it e1Ccels due to its high level of accuracy of +/- 0.25%. Our weighfeeders are suitable for applications with maximum feed rates, high bulk-density materials and extremely high removal moments with large silo discharge opening.

Truck Weighbridge
It arrives on site fully prefabricated out of high-quality concrete sections. A special feature is the pre-mounted, robust ring torsion load cells. This version of the truck scale can therefore easily be moved from one location to another.

Check Weighing
This is ideal for check-weighing light to medium-weight items, and also provides easy operation and efficient performance in a variety of industrial applications. This user-friendly model features three bright fluorescent displays to show under weight, over weight and actual weight values. Further, an alarm can be programmed to know when items are within the specified range or out of range.
